  • Overview

    Mellanox Technologies is looking for an ambitious integrated circuits product engineer that will lead process related activities of advanced cutting edge semiconductor fabrication technologies with the world's leading manufacturer and their effect on silicon performance.

    Responsibilities

    In this position you will:

    • Develop thorough and deep understanding of the most advanced semiconductor processing technologies
    • Lead process related yield improvement activities and establish screening methodologies to optimize performance  - both internal to Mellanox as well as with external vendors
    • Establish excellent communications with external fab engineers ensuring that all issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
    • Develop large quantity data processing & analysis skills
    • Perform correlations between product yield and process control monitor electrical data
    • Work on the continuous advancement of design for manufacturing capabilities
    • Combine efforts with various interfaces – backend, test, DFT and analog teams to resolve various product issues and optimize the product performance.
    • Thrive in a dynamic and highly paced environment
    • Join and lead task forces to investigate abnormal phenomena, consult and support failure analysis and reliability investigations.

    Qualifications

     

    • BSc in Electrical engineering  / Physics / Excellent materials engineer majoring in microelectronics
    • Well organized, self-assured and detail-oriented individual who enjoys handling multiple responsibilities
    • Knowledge of semiconductor process, VLSI
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Experience with statistics or data analysis tools (i.e JMP), design of experiments and programming is an advantage
