  • Overview

    The E-Center (Employee Center) belongs to the company's Facilities and IT/IS department. The main goal of the e-Center is to provide employees information and support in various non-technical topics and cross organizational processes. As the e-Center team, it is in our responsibility to provide employees with an efficient and high-quality service and enable a better cross organization communication.

    Responsibilities

    • Support and monitor issues of employees while providing efficient solutions
    • Facilitate and monitor building maintenance tickets
    • Define and optimize employee touch points and services
    • Implement and oversee employee life-cycle flows as onboarding and clearance
    • Accompany new projects within the department while focusing on employee side
    • Internal communications – notifications, promotions on a variety of media platforms (screens, boards, internal portal, etc.)
    • Content Management – maintain employees’ internal information portal

    Qualifications

    • Service oriented and with great interpersonal relations
    • Excellent writing and editing skills with good eye for details
    • English in high level – correspondence, conversation and guiding
    • Team player, independent and proactive mind
    • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office  
    • Bachelor’s degree (Social Studies – advantage)
    • Experience with newsletters / web content / graphic design – a great advantage!  
    • Ability to give 2-3 long working days until 6pm (e-Center team provides support Sunday-Thursday, 8am – 6pm)
