  • Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to join our Demand Generation team. You will be responsible for the creation and management of marketing communications programs including email outreach and webinars in support of our lead and demand generation programs.

     

    Ideal candidates will have a strong background in campaign creation and management in Eloqua along with experience in executing projects of varying complexities to produce results in a timely manner.  Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment that spans many time zones.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the implementation, testing, execution and reporting on Eloqua campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead flow
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop successful nurture campaigns that targets all stages of buyer’s journey and ultimately to closed opportunities
    • Analyze and enhance buyer’s journey descriptions with emphasis on increased conversion and ROI
    • Manage email lists, data file aggregation and uploads according to campaign requirements
    • Implementing user profiling, segmentation, scoring and measurement systems that lead to more effective communication and higher conversion
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance continuously and provide recommendations
    • Develop forms that capture all relevant information
    • Define and develop A/B tests that increase campaign effectiveness
    • Adapt heavy content into snackables
    • Monitor email governance
    • Other projects as needed

    Qualifications

    • 3+ Years of Marketing Automation Management experience or equivalent
    • Demonstrable knowledge in using all aspects of Eloqua’s (or similar) tools for campaign creation; experience with Salesforce.com a plus
    • Demonstrable knowledge in building lead generation and nurture/drip campaigns
    • Understanding of campaign management techniques and methods
    • Experience in managing projects of varying complexity
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail oriented and highly organized
    • Willingness to learn new things and a willingness to teach others

    Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
