  • Overview

    Mgies is looking for a System Administrator to join End-to-End Clusters Infrastructures team.

    The ideal candidate will take part in wide areas of End-To-End Clusters inellanox Technolofrastructure bring-up & maintenance on top Datacenters & Clouds equipped with Mellanox Products. 

    Responsibilities

    • Performing variety of system tasks in Clusters and Clouds Lab.
    • Maintenance of equipment deployed in the lab such as servers, switches, storages.
    • Bring-up of diverse clusters and clouds setups.
    • Planning and executing new setups.
    • Storage room management.
    • System support for different groups in the company.
    • Ongoing documentation.
    • Continuous infrastructure improvement. 

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Linux/Windows System Administration

     

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Performing Variety of system tasks in Clusters and Clouds Lab.
    • System troubleshooting with good problem identification, resolution and solving skills.
    • Maintenance of equipment deployed in the lab such as servers, switches, storages.
    • Team Work, Service oriented, knowledge sharing, Organized and has documentation skills!
    • Experience in Linux & Windows Oss > Working with CentOS, Redhat, Ubunto Linux , Win Servers 2016/12
    • Knowledge in DNS , DHCP, TCP-IP , networking
    • Good English language, both writing & verbal skills > a Must!
    • Working in a Large and Diverse environment include multiple Operating systems and network equipment.

    Advantages:

    • Scripting proficiency in Bash & Python
    • MCSE or MCITP/CCNA
    • Experience with InfiniBand
    • Experience in large datacenter networks (Switches & Storage)
    • Experience in virtualization > KVM / Vmware / Hyper-V
