  • Overview

    Mellanox China is looking for Sr. OEM Sales Manager to support Huawei, in East China & North China.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to the Mellanox's sales rules of engagement.
    • Manage and be the main point of contact for OEM customers, especially for Huawei, in East China & North China.
    • Understand the customer’s mission, value propositions, strategies and product roadmap.
    • Work using Mellanox technical resources and partner resource to develop business.
    • Effectively position products against the competition.
    • Develop and execute account plans at OEM customer to grow revenue/design wins.
    • Cultivate, develop and maintain key high-level relationships with decision makers and key influencers.
    • Provide system architects, systems engineers, sr. engineers and program leads with solutions proposals.
    • Make customer sales presentations and provide creative, thorough and practical problem resolution.
    • Provide feedback on product improvements and new product suggestions to product marketing.
    • Coordinate with marketing team and factory to close customer opportunities.
    • Provide accurate sales forecast.

    Qualifications

    • 10 + years of relevant sales and business development experience within the networking industry. Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent - advantage.
    • 5 + years’ of successful sales experience with significant experience in developing design wins with OEM customers on either IC level or system level.
    • Sales experience on working with Huawei - preferred
    • Strong Ethernet/ IB / Networking / Computing technology background.
    • Strong motivation for sales; assertive and diligent attitude in reaching sales objective; ability to develop Sales plans, market knowledge and understanding the customer’ needs.
    • Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Highly driven and trustworthy with high empathy.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese.
    • Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team atmosphere. A good attitude towards working in a highly dynamic work environment.
