  • Overview

    Mellanox is looking for AP Administrator.

    Responsibilities

    • Processing the day to day Finance department post items.
    • Review vendor’s invoices and scanning them to the bookkeeping system.
    • Archive – filing invoices.
    • Preparation of invoices for payment and for AP Bookkeepers review.
    • Setup of new vendors and update existing vendor’s data in the bookkeeping system.

    Qualifications

     

    Education:

    • Bookkeeping type 1 & 2 or above – advantage.
    • Bachelor degree in economic or other finance degree – advantage.

     

    Experience:

    • Experience in administrative office positions and tasks – advantage.
    • Experience as Bookkeeper – advantage.

     

    Computer/Information system knowledge:

    • Office: Excel/word/outlook – strong knowledge.
    • ERP system: Oracle – advantage.

     

    Languages:

    • Hebrew – mother tongue.
    • English – strong (writing and reading mails correspondences).

     

    Personal skills:

    • Professional and responsible.
    • Team player.
    • Fast learner.
    • Good interpersonal abilities.
