  • Overview

    Mellanox is currently seeking a HR Business Partner (with strong Generalist background) to join our HR team in support of teams in Sunnyvale and Redmond.  This is an exciting role focusing on strategic and hands-on aspects of human resources and staffing. As well as HR administrative functions across the US such as benefits, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and legal/regulatory compliance. The perfect candidate is a team player who is able to multi-task and prioritize within a fast pace environment while not compromising on the quality of work.

    Responsibilities

    • Onboard and orient employees
    • Influence and advise on HR policies and the development of effective HR programs and procedures in response to business needs
    • Develop and implement employee engagement programs that enhance Mellanox’s effectiveness and the employee experience
    • Identify, analyze and facilitate training to employees at all levels on professional & personal development needs
    • Support the hiring efforts by screening resumes, sourcing and conducting HR interviews
    • Provide timely, accurate and legally compliant advice on HR management issues
    • Coach managers on performance management discussions, employee relations issues, discipline issues, and promotion / transfer / termination discussions
    • Lead and assist with planning of employee care events/program including employee recognition.
    • Provide compensation and benefits support
    • Travel to various sites required
    • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Business Administration (or equivalent) with a concentration in Human Resources; SPHR Certification is a plus
    • 3-8 years’ experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP working in high-tech companies
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources practice areas of benefits, HRIS systems, employee relations, safety and compliance
    • Exceptional organizational skills
    • Ability to work efficiently with standard business PC applications including: Excel, Word and Power Point
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives for a timely and successful conclusion
    • Exceptional customer service focus
    • Self-starter
    • Oracle Fusion and ADP experience are plus
