    The Senior Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for Mellanox's global digital marketing strategy and execution. We are looking for a results-oriented leader with proven expertise in leveraging multiple digital channels including paid search, display, content syndication, social media, webinars, email, and other tactics, to drive awareness and lead generation efforts at scale globally. This role will work with partners and across functional and regional teams, to build integrated digital programs that drive customer engagement and meet pipeline targets.


    • Define and manage Mellanox's digital marketing strategy. Lead the strategy and execution of digital marketing programs to drive awareness and demand generation globally.
    • Develop, execute and manage the global digital marketing plan, budget and analytics to deliver measurable results.
    • Manage a team responsible for driving digital marketing efforts across multiple channels.
    • Collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams to build integrated plans (campaigns, web marketing, social media marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing and field marketing).
    • Implement best practices across all digital marketing programs with a focus on driving new customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
    • Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, improve conversion and ROI.
    • Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform digital strategies. Keep up to date on latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
    • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors and media providers


    • Extensive digital marketing experience in B2B tech with expertise in Eloqua, SalesForce/Pardot, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing and automation platforms.
    • Demonstrated success creating and executing multichannel digital programs and driving successful customer journey through the sales funnel from lead acquisition to conversion
    • Leveraging content syndication, paid search, display advertising and media, webinars, email marketing, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
    • Player/coach manager who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done. Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems and offer solutions.
    • Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills.
    • Experience managing and mentoring teams and virtual teams.
