    Mellanox Federal Systems (MFS) is looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager, experienced in the sale of Ethernet products, and rolodex of C-Level connections with the federal oriented system integrators and resellers. You’ll report directly to the CEO of MFS and will be responsible for both the strategy and the execution of our Ethernet sales efforts into these accounts.  We’re looking for a hunter who can take-charge developing new Ethernet sales opportunities.


    You will be responsible for developing Ethernet account relationships with the key people at systems integrators and our partners. The candidate must be able to provide high level product presentations and explanations to successfully address all clients’ needs.  By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, along with managing the day-to-day interactions, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption.  You’ll develop business proposals for presentation to customers, and coordinate account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.

    • Become a trusted partner in the adoption of Mellanox’s Ethernet products.
    • Evangelize and socialize MFS’s and successes with executives, technical sales, and implementers
    • Provide presales support for all sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
    • Develop and execute on adoption and sales plans specific to the account
    • Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with prospects assisting and guiding them through the evaluation, selection and adoption process
    • Communicate daily with sales staff regarding sales activities and strategies, and provide quarterly targets
    • Be the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
    • 20% travel is required 


    You must be results driven, customer focused, technologically and competitively savvy. You’re a skilled and creative sales executive.  As a subject matter expert, you are able to influence sales, decisions and initiatives.  You’re a highly motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and drive results independently. Your communications and collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with and influence senior internal and external relationships across various functions.  You will have a sense of urgency coupled with a clear vision of MFS/Mellanox Technologies’ play within the market and what is required to gain preference and win in the marketplace.

    • 7+ years of sales experience in Ethernet technologies with a successful sales track record of achieving & exceeding quota (Cisco, Arista, or Broadcom experience preferred)
    • An understanding of the business issues of large enterprises Networking/Switching /Data Center technology.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions
    • Proven record of increasing revenue, maximizing sales performance and reducing costs
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build a collaborative work environment
    • Ability to develop marketing plans, market knowledge and understanding the customers’ needs
    • Focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals
    • Self-starter who can successfully work both independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
    • Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
    • Passion for post-sales customer success
    • College degree
