  • Overview

    Mellanox Technologies is looking for experienced sales professional to drive sales activities of our datacenter solutions. Position will be reporting to EMEA Sales Director Central Europe.

    Responsibilities

    • In this high profile and challenging role, you will be responsible for both the sales and the business development of our new business initiatives with focus on datacenter solutions and developing new & existing verticals and markets in Germany and central Europe.
    • You will be responsible for selling our solutions and developing new business and account relationships with the key executives within the potential client organizations by providing high level solution and product information and explanations to successfully address the client's needs.
    • You will be charged with developing and expanding new business opportunities in this field, planning, forecasting and executing BD activities into this market.
    • Developing business and developing proposals for presentation to customers and partners, coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.

    The ideal candidate should bring with him strong networking sales background and previous experience working for a well-known networking company.

    Qualifications

    • 5-10 years "current" experience in Sales/ Business Development with a sales track record into enterprise datacenter market. An understanding of the business issues of this market is a must.
    • Experience selling systems with preference to network equipment.
    • Strong motivation for sales; assertive and diligent attitude in reaching sales objective; ability to develop marketing plans, market knowledge and understanding the customer’ needs. Focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals.
    • Drive End strategic engagement with key end-user accounts, engagement with C level executives.
    • Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Highly driven and trustworthy with high empathy.
    • Excellent written and oral communications skills,
    • Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team atmosphere. A good attitude towards working in a highly dynamic work environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • ~50% travel expected.
