  • Overview

    Mellanox Technologies is looking for NPI Engineer - Yokneam site. 

    Responsibilities

    • Operative management of few projects from design stage till mass production readiness
      1. End to end management to meet highest TTM (TTM=time to market)
      2. Material and production planning to fulfill CMs delivery plan and customer shipments
      3. CMs management 
    • Plan and establish production process of new projects
      1. DFM under customer specification (DFM=design for manufacturing)
      2. Quality management
      3. Develop production process for each project type
    • Project lifecycle management
      1. Close management from design stage to mass production
      2. Quick turnaround from NPI to MP

    Qualifications

    Education:

    Must be first grade of Industry/management Eng GPA above 80

    Experience/ Requirements:

    Up to two years experience

    Experience in some of the following topics will be an advantage

    • Experience in leading projects at the electro-mechanical field
    • Some experience in CMs / vendors management
    • Worked as project manager, production manager or quality leader at CM’s site

    Excellent communication skills

    Well organized and have good eye for details

    Very good level of English (reading and writing)
