    Mellanox Technologies is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Sales Operations Group supporting the Ecommerce and Sales teams owning order processing, order management and customer service.  The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the Ecommerce and Sales teams and program manager by owning administrative processes to ensure that customer needs are met.


    • Utilizes ERP (Oracle) and CRM (SalesForce) systems to create customers, enter orders, schedule shipments, reconcile payments and ensure on-time deliveries
    • Develops processes used in front-end systems and by the sales team to ensure all data needed to process and deliver orders is accurately captured
    • Maintains daily transactional engagement with all customers regarding post-sales updates and changes
    • Provides exceptional follow-up communications with both external and internal customers
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment and able to adapt as changes come
    • High attention to detail and organization


    • Completed, or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from college or university
    • 2-4 years of customer service industry experience
    • Highly proficient in web based ERP (Oracle) and CRM Systems (SalesForce) as well as office productivity / communication tools like MS Excel
    • Experience coordinating with multiple interfaces including Sales, Manufacturing, Operations and Finance
    • Plus for Applicants:
      • Academic background in Business, Economics, Operations or related field
      • High GPA and recommendations from instructors, employers, and/or colleagues
      • Experience within tech hardware industry
