    Main Focus & Challenges

    • As Mellanox APAC experiences significant growth, there is an opportunity for India to grow faster than the Geo’s overall rate. 
    • India is a big focus for Mellanox as we see tremendous growth opportunities. The company plans to increase our investment significantly and would like to appoint a country manager with relevant experience and track record in successfully growing the India business.

    Sales/Business Leadership:

    • Lead country team to develop, implement and execute a sound strategic plan designed to achieve revenue growth goals
    • Build out channel recruitment and management strategy
    • Rapidly gain acceptance with major customers and partners as a strong, professional leader who can provide clear leadership for the India business
    • Inspire country performance, instill mission and goals, and set the stage for superior talent acquisition, retention and management
    • Represent Mellanox externally in India taking opportunities to inform, educate both market and industry through platform speaking, seminars press briefings etc. and spearhead local marketing programs consistent with overall corporate objectives
    • Drive continuous change while instituting discipline and rigor in daily business operations

    Customer Retention & Loyalty:

    • Engage with clients and build relationship at senior level
    • Be the company’s link to major customers, alliance partners and other stakeholders in India

    Talent Management:

    • Build and retain world-class sales organization and contribute to overall leadership in APAC
    • Help define organizational strategy for India ensuring optimal coverage of the capacity of sales employees
    • Drive employee satisfaction bringing the best out of the employees

    Operational Management:

    • Develop and execute local strategic initiatives to achieve objectives aligned with APAC initiatives
    • Oversee development and implementation of marketing and sales programs to facilitate accelerated growth
    • Maintain appropriate and accurate reporting in weekly cadence and QBR


    Previous Experience:

    • A proven sales leader with solid track record in scaling businesses in India, preferably in the networking business
    • Experience in driving Government and Large-Account Sales
    • Successful collaboration history/reputation with top OEM partners and major systems integration/VARs
    • Experience in growing a successful sales organization covering the key markets within India

    • Strong in leadership, and able to lead by example and gain buy-in from the team
    • Strong team player and collaborative in leadership style
    • Be naturally strategic, as well as “hands-on”
    • High integrity, non-political, direct and transparent

    • Highly commercial in orientation, with strong focus on the customer and a commitment to generating top-line growth
