Mellanox Technologies is looking for an Algorithm Engineer for our sites at Tel Aviv and Yokneam.
The position includes link tuning algorithms and architecture research, architectural tradeoff analysis, analog circuit characterization, physical and logical link simulations as well as algorithm verification.

Conduct research to improve methods of fast (seconds) modeling high-speed links to extreme bit error rates (10^-15).
Define HW efficient algorithms without sacrificing mathematical correctness and robustness (theory + simulations).
Provide tools and methodology for quantitative multidisciplinary system tradeoff management VS principle engineers in all relevant fields (architecture, algorithms, analog, logic, optics, FW and SW).
Research and suggest new high-speed link architectures.
M.Sc in communication/signal processing/high speed analog design/control theory.
Experience in Logic design
Optical/Copper based link level modeling
Analog and mixed signal familiarity
