The Inside Sales Representative works as a key member of the sales team by providing technical information to potential customers, providing support for the outside sales team. The ideal candidate will apply their organization and analytical ability, self-motivated personality, superior communication skills and relationship building ability to this position.



  • Manage opportunities, quotes, opportunity registrations, and loan program, for outside sales team
  • Opportunity follow-up with customers
  • Sales analytic reporting
  • Inbound call and email support
  • Assist outside sales with customer follow up and scheduling of meetings
  • Understanding and interpreting technical requirements and providing technical information
  • Help facilitate product lead times for customers
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities


  • 3+ years of experience as inside sales representative
  • Proficiency with CRM system - required
  • Knowledge of network equipment(switches and routers) including network configurations and protocols
  • Previous experience in providing customer support to software and hardware products is preferred
  • Outstanding verbal, written and communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining ongoing accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Positive attitude, highly motivated, personal commitment, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Outgoing, confident personality, comfortable in dealing with clients and other employees
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to the requirement of working with U.S. Federal / Government clients)
  • Must be clearable to attain a Federal Security Clearance (to Secret / Top Secret level) 


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
