We are hiring an Outbound focused Sales Manager to join the Mellanox-HPE team.  The role will focus exclusively on enabling HPE direct and partner sales teams.  This individual will be responsible for awareness, education, strategy, promotions, solutions, lead generation, opportunity funnel, and revenue for Mellanox enabled HPE solutions.  


  • Guide HPE field and partners on engaging and supporting the customer and driving Mellanox attach with  HPE Enterprise solutions.
  • Primary contact point in HPE field engagements, evangelizing new  product portfolio additions and solutions leveraging Mellanox technology.
  • Drive Mellanox OEM marketing on outbound product collateral needs.
  • Drive and manage all POC engagement & deliverables, organizing technical resources as needed.
  • Drive outbound Sales strategy planning and HPE field engagements on sell-through plans and programs
  • Understand the HPE field  business goals and incentives
  • Foster field relationships and ensure expectations are met
  • Be a strong advocate for the HPE internally
  • Maintain awareness of, and provide reports on, customer status and key issues 


  • Passion for excellence and a drive to overachieve with the ability to work and stay motivated autonomously 
  • Minimum 5+ years working in/with HP
    • Experience in the computing industry, at the OEM, Supplier, or Partner
    • Experience in a customer-facing role.
    • Knowledge of modern server & Switch platform architecture
  • Ability to travel as needed domestic U.S. and/or International (up to 10% annually)


  • BS in Engineering (Computer or Electrical) or Business strongly preferred
