Mellanox Technologies is growing its Sales team in the Bay Area and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the OEM sales team.  The position is a high profile challenging role where, you will be responsible for both the account strategy and designing in of Mellanox products.




In this role, you’ll assist customers in several key vertical OEM markets.  Your responsibilities will include business planning, developing strategy and ensuring alignment between executives, product teams, marketing, field sales and our channel partners. You will work to build and then own strategic relationships within the OEM space.  By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, along with managing the day-to-day interactions, you will be responsible for driving top line revenue growth and overall market adoption.


In addition, you will also:

  • Become a trusted partner in the adoption of Mellanox Technologies’ products with OEM partners.
  • Evangelize and socialize Mellanox Technologies solutions and successes with executives, technical sales, and implementers.
  • Provide presales support for all sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support.
  • Develop and execute on adoption and sales plans specific to the account.
  • Communicate via phone, email, face-to-face and web meetings with prospects assisting and guiding them through the evaluation, selection and adoption process.
  • Communicate daily with sales staff regarding sales activities and strategies.
  • Be the OEM and customer advocate and liaison for product management and development.

Experience Skills

  • 15+ years of OEM and Alliances experience across software, hardware products, IT services and infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
  • Proven record of increasing revenue, maximizing sales performance and reducing costs.
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales experience working with partners.


Technical Skills

  • Skilled and creative Business Development Manager.    
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
  • Passion for post-sales customer success.
  • Results driven, customer focused, technologically and competitively savvy.
  • SME on influencing sales, decisions and initiatives.



  •  Degree educated or equivalent industry experience and accreditation
