Mellanox Technologies is looking for an IC Reliability Engineer to join the IC product engineering team in Yokneam


  • Leading reliability testing of Integrated Circuit devices to assure high reliability throughout life cycle. Implementing Silicon and Package accelerated stresses such as HTOL, TCT, HAST and HTSL.
  • Defining and leading ESD and Latch Up testing.
  • Analyzing accelerated stress results, including parametric performance degradation
  • Investigation and debug of reliability concerns, including Failure Analysis. Participation in and leading task forces related to reliability concerns.
  • Developing and improving work procedures and methodologies. Working together with multiple groups -  product engineering, test engineering, hardware, operation and design.
  • Evaluation of performance degradation throughout product lifetime, under various mission profiles




  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Material engineering or Physics
  • 2+ years experience in semiconductor industry a significant advantage



  • Knowledge of semiconductor physics and degradation mechanisms
  • Experience with statistical data analysis
  • Knowledge of IC design.
  • Knowledge of board design an advantage
  • Knowledge of IC testing/ DFT an advantage
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing process an advantage
  • Experience working with subcontractors and Vendors an advantage
