The OEM Marketing Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for making Mellanox the preferred supplier of networking adapters, switches, and cables through sales enablement and marketing programs driving increased revenue.  You're responsible for building and delivering go-to-market strategies, messaging, positioning, training, collateral, programs, competitive analysis and other supporting tools. This role requires the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value aligned with the OEM partner messaging.  You will also own the product launch process and event management including evaluation, recommendation and execution as well as budget responsibilities with planning, tracking, and ROI measurement.  The ideal candidate must be able to write technical content including press releases, blogs, and solution briefs.  Ideally, you will have high energy, strong technical writing skills, solid organizational / project management skills, and be able to multi-task and communicate effectively to multiple levels,  self-motivated with the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks with little direct supervision.  A flexible, pro-active, positive attitude a must.


  • Build understanding of the needs, key players, and nature of the OEM and their sales channels and utilize this information to optimize marketing plan and execution results.
  • Establish deep relationships with key members of the OEM marketing and sales teams as well as the key Mellanox stakeholders.
  • Develop product positioning, audience characteristics, trends, opportunities and share growth/decline within each product category and market. 
  • Translate Mellanox corporate messages into OEM partner messaging to build sales tools that create competitive advantages and drive significant market share gains.
  • Act as the primary interface between OEM, Sales, Product and the rest of marketing ensuring that all parties have timely and comprehensive information on product introductions, product road maps, product launch dates, marketing programs, etc.
  • Build and execute effective joint marketing programs directed both to and through the OEM organization including their channels and utilizing the OEM communication vehicle
  • Create sales training materials for OEM field sales teams and the relevant channel partners.
  • Secure preferred positioning for all marketing communications and programs driven through OEM and their channel partners
  • Write technical blog posts, product and partner press releases, and OEM solution briefs.
  • Manage OEM marketing budget through diligent planning, execution, and tracking of all programs and marketing spend.
  • Create and maintain effective communications vehicles to deliver information and training to internal sales teams, OEM sales teams, and OEM partner community.




  • Bachelor’s degree required, prefer with relevant degree in Marketing or Business
  • 6+ years experience as a marketing professional in IT required; Networking preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - work samples will be requested
  • Managing, tracking, and measuring a fixed budget 
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships as part of a virtual and globally dispersed team
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required (average less than 25%/annually)



  • Experience working with large OEMs and OEM channel sales organizations
