The company has significant track record of success and growth potential in segments such as but not limited to HPC, Datacenter Networks, Cloud, Hyper convergence, Scale-out hosting, Big Data Analytics and HFT. 

 

As Regional Sales Manager you will be charged with developing and expanding the sales operations as well as planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities. In addition you will be responsible for maintaining and developing established and current customer relationships. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales EMEA, and based out of Mellanox Raanana office.

 

Responsibilities

    • In this high profile and challenging role, you will be responsible for generating sales within new & existing verticals in Israel, primarily focusing in Tech & Industry sectors.
    • You will be responsible for developing new business and account relationships with all stakeholders including key executives and within the potential client organizations. You must be confident and comfortable in selling to all levels including Director and CxO level.
    • The role is both customer and partner focused. You will be successful by leveraging existing relationships in both types of organization to meet your targets.  You will be supported by the Sales, Marketing, Distribution and OEM sales teams.
    • You will be a sales leader who is able to persuade and influence opinions as well as overcome challenges confidently, while recommending the best solution for the customer.
    • Developing proposals for presentation to customers and partners.
    • Co-coordinating account resources with representatives from sales management, marketing, pre-sales and product management.
    • Business forecasting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, and pipeline development) required.
    • You are responsible for achieving assigned sales quotas together with customer goals.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years "current" experience in Sales/Business Development in the enterprise/Datacenter market, working for a well-known networking company, Reseller or Systems Integrator.
  • The ideal candidate should bring with them strong networking sales background and significant connections in the local IT industry.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of achievement.
  • Degree educated or equivalent industry experience and accreditation.
  • Integrity, Intelligence, “I can do it” attitude
  • Strong motivation for closing business and meeting sales targets.
  • Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly driven individual, energetic, trustworthy, responsible, and who is highly attentive to his customers and surroundings.
  • Sense of urgency, focus and act upon priorities and ability to be ‘on top of things’.
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills required.
  • Must: Fluent Hebrew, High level of English
