Overview

Mellanox Technologies is looking for a Payroll Controller.

The payroll controller will be part of Mellanox payroll team, reporting to Sr. payroll controller.

Responsibilities

 

  • Operating day to day Israeli and International entities payroll tasks and activities, such as setting up new employees, employees terminations, LOA, social security claims, etc.
  • Operating external interfaces and controls with local payroll providers, pension and insurance agents.
  • Operating internal interfaces with HR, IS, International Controller and Legal.
  • Administrating attendance and absence systems in Israeli and International entities.
  • Month end closing tasks for salary related expenses and balances.

Qualifications

Required education:

  • Certified payroll controller.

 

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a payroll controller.
  • Experience with Hilan system – Mandatory.
  • Experience with global companies – Advantage.

 

Languages:

  • Hebrew – mother tongue level - Mandatory.
  • English – English at a very good level - Mandatory.

 

Computer/information systems knowledge:

  • Office with strong Excel skills - Mandatory.
  • ERP systems: Oracle - Advantage.

 

Personal skills:

  • Team player.
  • Fast learner.
  • proactive.
  • Independent. 
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and multi-tasking.
  • Organized.
  • Detailed oriented.
