Overview

Mellanox Technologies is looking for lead IC Product engineer.

This position combines leadership of product, deep understanding of IC digital & analog testing, process control and production management. It involves also closely working with various design departmentsl, interfaces and customers.

Responsibilities

IC Product engineering is leading post silicon products at their mature stages: manage test house vendors, tune products’ process, carefully maintain quality, dynamically solve problems based on products’ knowledge and fast analysis, thus must be thoroughly familiar with products in variety of disciplines (testing, HW, analog, BE, data analysis etc.), must work with many interfaces (design, analog teams, thermal teams, quality teams, test, system etc.) Also need to continuously reduce its testing cost and provide yield estimations to marketing and management. The position requires advanced data analysis and high silicon expertise to be able to handle large amount of data and parameters produced by chip.

Qualifications

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Experiance with IC test/ Product and / or silicon validation and / or pre-silicon fields.

experience in high volume Product engineering is an advantage

Knowledge of data analysis tools (i.e. JMP) is an advantage.

Knowledge in process is an advantage.

Experience with testing platforms is an advantage

Deep knowledge in IC DFT is an advantage.

Experience working in or with a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

 

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a focus on technical excellence and innovative thinking is required.

Strong statistical analysis skills.

Strong overall communication skills.

Experience with analog/digital circuit troubleshooting, laboratory practices, product testing, and design of experiments.
