Mellanox Technologies is a leading supplier of end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions and services for enterprise and financials customers. As part of our global growth we are now looking for a General Manager for the Russian Federation.


This person will be a key member of the Mellanox’s EMEA Sales leadership team, responsible for the development and execution of Mellanox expansion in the Russian Federation region and for the sales strategies and operations.


  • Open doors and strengthen Mellanox connections and customer relationship within the government segment and large corporate accounts.
  • Develop strategies and processes to ensure continuous prospecting activities and pipeline development is sufficient to support achievement of sales revenue goals.
  • Accurately forecast business and develop sales pipeline as required.
  • Be responsible for developing account relationships with the key people within the potential client organizations by providing high level product information and explanations to successfully address the client's needs.
  • Work within the existing a Regional and Global organization structure, deploying central and local resources from Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product and Engineering to achieve business objectives


  • 25+ years "current" experience in driving business in the Russian market with a sales record of accomplishment with IT business.
  • Wide network of connections within top Government, OIL/GAZ and Finance market segments.
  • Experience with calling on OEMs, End-users and System integrators/VARs.
  • IT industry background. HPC / Networking / switching technology background- advantage.
  • Strong motivation for sales; assertive and diligent attitude in reaching sales objective; ability to develop Sales plans, market knowledge and understanding the customer’ needs. Focus will be on closing skills and meeting sales goals.
  • Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly driven and trustworthy with high empathy.
  • Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team atmosphere. A good attitude towards working in a highly dynamic work environment.
  • Sense of urgency, focus and act upon priorities and ability to be ‘on top of things’ and sustain up to 1-business day response time pertaining both external and internal communication
  • Native level Russian, fluent English. Additional languages are advantage.
