Mellanox Technologies is looking for a First Line Support Student with experience in networking area and customer support.


Candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to perform the duties below. Additional responsibilities will be added based on company need and employee aptitudes:

  • Provide 1st level support to the company’s customers
  • Installing Mellanox products and supporting systems
  • Respond to customer technical inquiries
  • Work in shifts (24/7)
  • Work in a procedural environment


  • Candidate would be whiling to work 24/7 shifts
    • Could be suitable for students at an accredited university or college with at list 4 semesters left
    • Students from Computer Science or SW engineering faculty – preferred
  • Candidate must be very organized and be able to prioritize and multi-task easily with limited supervision
  • excellent English oral and writing skills
  • Candidates should have a background/experience in computer networks area –advantage
  • Candidates with Linux/Unix background – advantage
  • Previous experience in providing customer support  or customer service– advantage
  • Previous experience with team leading or shift supervising in a large call-center/NOC - advantage
