Overview:

Mellanox is looking for an excellent SW Verification Team Leader for Mellanox’ Linux Driver Verification team.

The person will be in charge of Verification Team of Mellanox Linux Driver. Will closely work with Mellanox’s design and architecture teams and gain deep understanding of Mellanox’ products and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the responsibility for delivering Mellanox Linux drivers releases in high quality.
  • Manage the team both personally and professionally
  • Guide the team in producing a highly maintainable code and robust infrastructure (no manual testing accepted).
  • Work with continuous integration and regression tools to automate builds, deployments, and execution of test scripts
  • Support other types of quality targets such as performance, load and stress testing
  • Hands-on involvement with the code
  • Lead by example
  • As being part of the R&D drive for high quality thinking and constantly improvement

 

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in computer science or SW/computer Engineering
  • Define, develop and maintain verification infrastructure and tests of the group
  • At least 2 years  of experience in managing  small to medium teams (leading QA/verification teams is a plus)
  • At least 4 years of experience in software development, preferably with python and C/ C++
  • Strong design, coding and debugging skills (hands-on)
  • Enjoys working as part of an engaging, collaborative team
  • Strong analytical, debugging and problem solving skills.
  • Creative, motivated and driven worker

 

Advantages

  • Strong knowledge in Linux and Networking area
  • Experience in SW Verification or Post-Silicon Validation.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Ethernet, VLANs, TCP/UDP/IP, QoS, L2-L3 protocols
  • Experience with CI methodology & servers (e.g. TeamCity, Jenkins etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English (working with cross site-team).
